To Joe, Keegan's push was showing that the girl was picking a fight. She couldn't believe that the girl wanted it to do that far. All Joe wanted was to straighten things out but the girl just wouldn't listen. Joe was getting madder and soon she wouldn't be able to reason. But at this point she wasn't sure if she wanted to. She gave the girl a chance to apologize for clapping about Joe almost being burned. To Joe it was the other girl that was picking the fight. All Joe had tried to do was make the girl understand a few things. It seemed that the girl didn't want to. The other girl seemed to enjoy being mean and insulting people. Joe didn't want things to get ugly and turn into a fight but if she walked away the girl would probably make up some nasty rumor about Joe being a coward. Joe sighed and stopped the music she was playing, she missed her favorite song while fighting with the girl. Joe walked up to the counter and whispered into the counter mans ear. The girl had just made a big mistake. The girl wanted to act mean and make enemy's. Fine, she just made one. The man was walking over to the girl with some thing hot and was going to spill it over her. Joe watched the guy get closer. She realized that she would rather be rumored to be a coward then a heartless witch and tried to stop the guy she had paid from pouring the hot drink on the girl..... Joe's anger, although short and often unseen, was terrible and unpredictable even to Joe herself.

Keegan watched the mysterious girl walk over to the counter and whisper to the cashier, the guy came around with a cup of coffee and Keegan looked at him suspiciously she scooted away from the edge of the table's seat making sure nothing got on her, just in case. she smiled at the guy and held her hand up saying she didn't want any more. She gave him the 'eye' that told him not to come any closer knowing that he wouldn't betray he trust she knew he guy because she came here so often. She smiled when he backed away to give off a nice atmosphere again. and continued in listening to her iPod.

When the guy came back without hurting the girl like she paid him. She felt mixture of relief and regrette. on one hand that girl deserved to get burned for the way she was acting. but on the other hand Joe wasn't really into fighting.......not the physical kind any way. She held out her hand for the guy to give her the money back. She put it in her pocket and settled for giving the girl a nasty look. Perhaps there was something else she could do. She went behind the counter and got out some pie that the cafe sometimes served. When nobody was looking she dumbed just enough salt on it to make it taste bad but little enough that the girl wouldn't notice it. She went back to her seat and toled the guy to give the pie to the girl and say it was an apology treat from her. She paid for the pie and watched the guy bring it to the girl. Now at least the girl would get her just dessert with out any actual harm coming to the girl. Joe gave the girl a reassuring smile , hoping that she would buy it.

Keegan watched the cashier give the mysterious girl some change back and She rolled her eyes she knew this girl was trying to get her back somehow. Once again the Cashier came to her table and gave her a pie....She looked at it and back at the Cashier eying him and the girl too. She sighed and and nodded her head, basically a signal for him to go away...again. She eyed the pie deciding whether she was to eat it or not. sh grabbed a fork and tested out an almost invisible piece deciding it might be edible she took a bigger bite gaining confidence with every bite that it was sincere. it was a pecan pie and it was delicious. She nodded to the girl and smiled, the first 'peace signal' between the two. It tasted wonderful but of course she didn't sit there and pig put and eat the whole thing she hate about one fourth of the thing and smiled anyhow. she pushed it away not knowing what to do with the rest of it but looked at her iPod and turning back to her song.

Joe turned her head away angrily. The girl wasn't suppose to like the pie. She must not have put enough salt on it. Joe would have to think of some thing else. But maybe all was not lost , the girl hadn't finished the pie yet. Joe had put most of the salt at the last bit. She looked at the counter man and slid a tip over to him when he came back. Joe put her music back on and skipped to her favorite song. She sat there quietly humming to the song. She would get back at the girl somehow. She kept thinking about ways to get back at the girl. Though after listening to music a while Joe had calmed down and wasn't mad. She no longer wanted to 'get the girl back'. But she did hope that some ill would make the girl regret laughing and clapping about someone almost being burned. Karma would be the one to settle this not them.
